How long does the organizing take?

Every space is different, so during your free consultation, we will give you a specific timeline for your unique space. In general, most spaces take 6-10 hours to complete. Large Rooms, garages, and attics generally take multiple days.

Do I have to be home the entire time the organizers are at my house?

You do not! We will need you to be available during the editing process (deciding what stays and what goes), but that occurs in small chunks of time that can be worked around your schedule. Once the editing is complete, you are free to do whatever you need! We can also send pictures or video chat if we have questions and you are not home.

What is the cost?

Good Standard services include a base hourly rate for planning, shopping, and organizing, plus the cost of all materials used. Following your free consultation, you will receive a total estimate per area that covers all time & materials.

Do I have to buy my own organizing materials before you come?

No you do not! During the free consultation, we will discuss any existing materials that you have and want to continue to use, but we will purchase all new materials needed for your space and bring them with us on organizing day!

Do you charge a mark-up on materials?

We do not. We know that figuring out what materials to purchase, making extra trips for more materials, and then making the dreaded returns of unused items can be a time consuming hassle for many people. We take that overwhelming hassle away and provide everything needed for your space at the exact retail cost of each item.

What do I do with my donations?

Our services include the same day haul away of donated materials that will fit in our vehicles. We work with a few different organizations that accept donations, and are continuing to expand our donation network. We do not haul away trash or recycling.

Will you help me sell items I no longer want?

We do not facilitate the sale of any items.

What cities do you work in?

We currently work in the greater Nashville area. If you live outside Middle Tennessee but are interested in our services, we would be happy to discuss traveling to your space!

What is your privacy policy?

We understand the vulnerability that comes with inviting us into your home. Before work begins, we will send you a confidentiality contract that certifies that you have given us permission to come into your home, and that we maintain strict confidentiality for all clients. We will ask for permission to use before and after pictures of your spaces for marketing purposes, but there will be no identifying information in any of those photos.
